Video walkthrough: how the DAS real-estate marketplace works — filters, map, district heatmap, calculator

The DAS real-estate marketplace brings Budapest homes for sale and for rent into one place. A short video walkthrough shows how it works, in two versions: one with the English interface and the Hungarian original. This article describes the same walkthrough in text.

Listings in one place

The marketplace lists properties for sale and for rent. Each listing shows the price, the floor area, the number of rooms and the main amenities. The interface switches between Hungarian and English with one click. Our partner on the marketplace is real-estate agent Eszter Vörös, who handles mandates end to end. Advertisers can reach the team at [email protected].

Filters and plain-language search

The usual filters are there: price, floor area, rooms and amenities. You can also type a sentence, such as "two-bedroom flat with a balcony near the metro", and the filters set themselves.

Map and layers

Every listing appears on the map as a price tag. Layers show schools, kindergartens, public transport stops, shops and healthcare facilities. You can draw an area on the map, and only the listings inside it remain.

District price-per-square-metre heatmap

The heatmap colours each Budapest district by its average price per square metre. The data comes from the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH), 2024. It describes published statistics and is not a valuation of any individual property.

The listing page

The listing page shows the price also in euro, at the European Central Bank reference rate, and the real number of views. It shows the neighbourhood average price, the travel time from any address you enter, and similar listings.

Favourites, comparison and calculator

Listings can be saved to favourites and compared side by side. A mortgage and monthly housing-cost calculator shows what a given price could mean per month. It is for information only and is not a credit offer.

Saved searches

A search can be saved. When a new matching listing appears, a notification arrives by e-mail or on your device.

For advertisers

Introductory offer: listing is free for the first 500 advertisers, until 31 December 2026.

Ingatlanos partnerünk bemutatkozása — a Data Analytic System ingatlan rovatáról
