A Data Analytic Investments Kft. (DAS – Data Analytic System) kizárólag nyilvános piaci adatok, statisztikák és elemzések közzétételével foglalkozó információs és tartalomszolgáltató.
A DAS nem nyújt:
- személyre szabott befektetési tanácsadást
- portfóliókezelési szolgáltatást
- kriptoeszköz-váltási vagy -letétkezelési szolgáltatást
- pénzeszközök vagy kriptoeszközök kezelését, tárolását ügyfelek nevében
A platformon megjelenő tartalmak (piaci elemzések, indikátorok, statisztikai riasztások, Telegram-értesítések) kizárólag tájékoztató és oktatási célúak, nem minősülnek a 2007. évi CXXXVIII. törvény (Bszt.) vagy a MiCA-rendelet szerinti befektetési tanácsadásnak vagy szolgáltatásnak. A döntés és annak kockázata minden esetben a felhasználót terheli.
Mivel a DAS nem végez a kriptoeszközök piacairól szóló rendelet (MiCA) 3. cikke szerinti szolgáltatói tevékenységet, működése nem esik az MNB CASP-engedélyezési kötelezettsége alá.

Data Analytic Investments Kft. is a private limited company incorporated in Hungary (registration in progress with legal counsel). As of the date of this disclosure, the company is not authorised, licensed, or registered as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA). The company does not provide any of the crypto-asset services listed in Article 3(1)(16) of MiCA — its activities are limited to information and content publication.

EU MiCA Framework
Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA)
Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) establishes a harmonised EU-wide framework for the issuance, offering, and trading of crypto-assets, and for the provision of crypto-asset services. MiCA applies across all EU Member States, including Hungary, and came into full effect on 30 December 2024.
Crypto-Asset Services
MiCA defines crypto-asset services to include: custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients; operation of a trading platform; exchange of crypto-assets for funds or other crypto-assets; execution of orders; placing of crypto-assets; reception and transmission of orders; providing advice on crypto-assets; and portfolio management of crypto-assets. Data Analytic Investments Kft. does not provide any of these services — it publishes publicly available market data and analysis only.
CASP Authorisation Requirement
Any legal person wishing to provide crypto-asset services in the EU on a professional basis must obtain authorisation as a CASP from the competent national authority. In Hungary, the competent authority is the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (MNB). As DAS does not provide crypto-asset services within the meaning of MiCA, it is not required to hold CASP authorisation.
Information to Clients
Authorised CASPs are required to act honestly, fairly, and professionally in the best interests of their clients, and to provide clear, fair, and non-misleading information. Although Data Analytic Investments Kft. is not a CASP, we voluntarily commit to these principles in all our communications and publications.
Scope Exclusions
MiCA does not apply to persons providing purely informational or educational content about crypto-assets, or to persons who do not perform any of the services enumerated in Article 3(1)(16). This disclosure does not constitute legal advice on MiCA applicability.
