Registered users will be able to list property here: flats, houses, land and offices, for sale or rent. One fixed, stated fee, no hidden costs. A person reviews every listing before it goes live; a listing's position cannot be bought.
How it will work
- 1You register, post the listing and pay the stated fee.
- 2A person reviews it; you get an e-mail with the decision, and the reason if it is rejected.
- 3It appears in chronological order; there is no featuring or boosting.
- 4Enquirers message you through the marketplace form; your contact details are not shown in the listing.
Until it opens
A preliminary version of the rules is already available. If you would like a broker's mandate for a sale or a purchase, not just a listing, our partner handles it under a separate written mandate — the mandate request already works. We do not broker property ourselves.
