Marketplace rules — how it will work
The marketplace has not launched yet. These rules are preliminary and take effect together with the final terms and conditions.
A person reviews every listing before it goes live; the decision is logged: date, moderator, decision, reason.
Order: chronological and by moderation status. No featured slots, no boosting, no credits. A listing's position cannot be bought.
One fixed, stated fee, the same for private sellers and professionals; you see it before you post.
Our partner's listings appear under the same moderation and the same rules, labelled as such.
We reject: property that does not exist or cannot be identified; photos not of the property; a missing price or one not in HUF; duplicate posts; advertisers who are not who they say they are.
