Platform transparency
How It Works
A plain-language walkthrough of how Data Analytic Investments collects market data, generates regime observations, and delivers them — and what that means for you as a user.
Regulatory framing: Data Analytic Investments operates under MiCA Article 3 as an informational and educational platform. It is not a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) and does not provide investment advice. All content is market observation only.
Data Sources
Market price and volume data is sourced from Kraken (primary) and CoinGecko as a secondary cross-reference. These are the current live sources; we do not overstate coverage.
Additional inputs include on-chain flow metrics, derivatives funding rates, macro yield-curve data, and sentiment aggregates across a defined asset universe.
All data is fetched at the time of each analysis run. No cached or estimated prices are used in any content that references specific price levels.
Observation Generation
The Regime Detector analyses the incoming data to classify the current market environment — for example, whether price structure is in an expansion, contraction, or transitional phase.
Market Insights are produced by combining regime classification with momentum, volatility, and macro-factor scoring. The output is a structured market observation, not a trading recommendation.
All generated content uses approved MiCA-safe terminology: market observation, upside/downside structure, price-level observation. The platform never frames its output as a buy, sell, or hold recommendation.
Delivery Channels
Observations are delivered through three channels: the live dashboard (available to registered users), Telegram push notifications (opt-in, Pro tier), and the DAI Digest weekly newsletter (free, double opt-in).
Each delivery includes the observation timestamp and the data source used, so users can independently verify the underlying market conditions.
No delivery channel issues a directive. All content is framed as informational market context.
User Action
Data Analytic Investments provides informational and educational content under MiCA Article 3. The platform is not a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) and does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or order execution.
Any action taken on the basis of platform content — including any purchase, sale, or holding of any asset — is the user's own independent decision, made at their own risk.
Users are encouraged to consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.
