DAS Estate Proof — a timestamp for real estate documents

Offer letters, buyer registrations, listing versions, floor plans, handover photos: the file gets a SHA-256 fingerprint, written to the public XRP Ledger. Anyone can check later that this exact file existed no later than that moment. The file never leaves your device, and no personal data goes on the ledger.

How it works — in four steps

  1. 1. Choose the file. Your browser calculates the file's SHA-256 fingerprint — a 64-character code. The file is not uploaded anywhere.
  2. 2. Pay by card or with XRP (Xaman), $1 per file.
  3. 3. The fingerprint goes on the public XRP Ledger in a transaction memo. The ledger records the time, and the entry cannot be rewritten later.
  4. 4. Anyone can check it. Later, entering the same file on the Verify page shows whether the fingerprint matches and when it went on the ledger. Verification is free.

What it is for, and who it helps

  • — Client (buyer, tenant, seller): can show which offer or condition photo they received, and when. If a different version turns up later, the times can be compared.
  • — Real estate agency: can keep a traceable record of when a buyer was registered, when an offer was sent and which listing version was live — this helps clarify the facts in a commission or priority dispute.
  • — Contracting parties: the time of pre-signing drafts, annexes and handover photos looks the same to both sides, and neither side can rewrite it later.

What it does NOT do

It does not show who wrote the file or what it says — only that exactly this file existed by a certain time at the latest. It is not a notarial act, it does not replace a contract or a lawyer, and it does not decide who is owed commission. DAS is not a real estate broker. An educational and technical service.
